I won't post for a while, maybe a month or so. Because a) I'm going to Belgium for about 3 weeks and b) I don't know why, but I'm so uncreative lately and c) my camera is away again (I'm wondering if it has legs...)

what do you need if it's hot outside? right - ice cream! I've tested chocolate and raspberry from swedish glace. the only brand available here in the middle of nowhere 20 km away in the supermarket which has everything a vegan heart desires. pictured only the chocolate ice cream, but both are divine!

Baked potatoes with cashew cucumber dip

So easy and quick, if you prepare the dip the night before so you just have to put the potatoes in the oven and can relax (or learn latin vocabularies :-/ ). I love Veganomicon!
