When I saw that chocolate covered vegan made these cookies, I thougt: "You have to make them NOW!" . So I went downstairs into the kitchen and made them. I made some changes about the recipe, I took soy-rice-milk which has a slight sweet taste, less sugar ( 1 1/2 cups), instead of quick oats (because I had none) rolled oats and instead of walnuts unsweetend coconut flakes (because I think oats and coconut match perfectly). They taste very good but a little bit too sweet, though I have a sweet tooth ;-) (I can't imagine how incredible sweet they must taste plus 1/2 cup sugar).

Oh my goodness, it's so awesome that you now have a blog in two different languages! I WISH I knew two languages well enough to do that (I'm working on my Spanish...).
And it's so cool that we have the same oookies to enjoy now... maybe we'll even be eating them at the same time ;o)
